HAM & CHEESE MACARONI SALAD

Serves : 8 cups

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 12 ounce package twisted elbow vegetable pasta
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup frozen green peas thawed
  • 2 hard boiled eggs chopped
  • 1 cup real mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

DIRECTIONS

Prepare pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water and drain.

In large bowl, combine cooled pasta, ham, cheese, peas and eggs; set aside.

In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard; salt and pepper to taste. Toss with salad.

Refrigerate, covered, several hours or overnight.
