MANGO BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can (8 ounce) coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen organic mango chunks
  • 1 cup chopped fresh kale
  • 1/2 cup organic frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender.

Blend to desired consistency. Serve.
