
MANGO BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE



INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (8 ounce) coconut water
- 1 cup frozen organic mango chunks
- 1 cup chopped fresh kale
- 1/2 cup organic frozen wild blueberries
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend to desired consistency. Serve.
