PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 14 ounce can organic sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups organic dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup organic old fashioned creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon organic pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

DIRECTIONS

Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with foil, extending over edges for easy removal. In medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine milk and chocolate; cook, stirring frequently until melted.

Stir in peanut butter and vanilla; continue cooking, stirring frequently, until melted and well combined. Stir in peanuts.

Transfer to prepared pan; spread evenly. Refrigerate until firm (about 1-2 hours). Remove from pan by lifting foil; remove foil. Cut into 48 pieces; keep refrigerated.
