
FIRE ROASTED CORN SALSA



INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups frozen organic fire roasted corn thawed and drained
- 1 ripe avocado pitted, peeled, and diced
- 1/2 pint organic grape tomatoes quartered
- 1/2 cup crumbled queso fresco cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped organic green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped organic fresh cilantro
- 1 fresh jalapeƱo pepper seeded and minced
- - juice of 1/2 a lime
- - tortilla chips
DIRECTIONS
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except chips.
Toss; salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with tortilla chips.
