FAT FREE RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup frozen organic red raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons organic wildflower honey
  • 1 teaspoon organic Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

Transfer to a tight sealing container and refrigerate until ready to use.
