
CRISPY OVEN ROASTED GARBANZOS



INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 teaspoon organic ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground chipotle chile pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon organic garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon organic ground cayenne pepper
- 1 15 ounce can organic garbanzo beans rinsed and drained
- 2 teaspoons organic extra virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS
In medium bowl, combine cumin, chipotle, garlic powder, salt and cayenne. Set aside.
Using clean paper towel, thoroughly dry beans; remove any loose skins. Add dry beans to bowl and toss to coat. Drizzle with oil and toss.
Transfer beans to a large baking sheet; spread out evenly. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven 30-35 minutes or until beans are crispy. Remove from oven; allow to cool before serving.
