
NO BAKE CHEESECAKE
with Mixed Berries



INGREDIENTS
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese spread & Greek yogurt softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar divided
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 container frozen original whipped topping thawed
- 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
- 1 12 ounce package frozen berry medley
DIRECTIONS
In large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ¼ cup sugar and vanilla. Using an electric mixer, beat on high until light and fluffy, scraping down sides of bowl occasionally (about 2 minutes).
Add whipped topping and continue mixing until well combined; spread over crust. Refrigerate 3-4 hours or until set.
Meanwhile, combine thawed berries and remaining ¼ cup sugar; toss until combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve berries over cheesecake.
