
PARSLEY BUTTERED POTATOES



INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 pounds baby red potatoes quartered
- 1/2 cup shredded Culinary Circle Parmesan Cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoon chopped garlic
DIRECTIONS
Place potatoes in a large pot; cover with water. Add a pinch of salt to water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are fork tender (about 20 minutes). Drain.
Toss potatoes with cheese, butter, parsley and garlic. Salt and pepper to taste.
