
PRETZEL RANCH CHICKEN TENDERS



INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup finely crushed ranch flavored pretzel pieces
- 1/2 cup Culinary Circle Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins
- - 100% extra virgin oil olive no-stick cooking spray
- - creamy ranch dressing optional
DIRECTIONS
In shallow dish, combine crushed pretzels and cheese. Place eggs in second shallow dish and flour in third.
Salt and pepper chicken tenders to taste. Dust with flour, dip in eggs and coat with pretzel mixture. Place on a large baking sheet that has been generously sprayed with cooking spray. Generously spray tops with additional cooking spray.
Bake in a preheated 425°F oven 6-7 minutes. Turn chicken over and continue baking 6-7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F.
