
HONEY GRILLED CHICKEN BREASTS



INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup pure vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts thawed
DIRECTIONS
Combine first 5 ingredients in 1 gallon recloseable food storage bag. Add chicken breasts; seal. Toss to coat chicken breasts evenly. Marinate in refrigerator a minimum of 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Prepare grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken on grill; grill, turning once, 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F on an instant read thermometer.
