GRILLED GARLIC GINGER CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon pure vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh gingerroot
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • - salt & black pepper

DIRECTIONS

In a 1-gallon recloseable food storage bag, combine lime juice, oil, ginger and garlic; add chicken. Seal bag; toss to coat. Refrigerate 30 minutes - 2 hours.

Prepare grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken on grill; grill, turning once, 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F on an instant read thermometer.
