GARLIC-THYME CHICKEN LEGS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/4 pounds chicken legs
  • 2 tablespoons 100% pure olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients into a 1-gallon recloseable food storage bag; salt and pepper to taste. Seal bag; toss to coat.

Refrigerate 2 hours or up to overnight; tossing occasionally.

Prepare grill to medium heat. Remove chicken legs from bag; discard bag. Place chicken legs on grill; grill turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 180°F on a food thermometer (about 30-40 minutes).
