
CREAMY CHICKEN & MUSHROOMS



INGREDIENTS
- 1 12 ounce jar home style chicken gravy
- 1 10.5 ounce can 98% fat free cream of mushroom Soup
- 2 cups 1% milk
- 1 2.5 ounce packet country gravy mix
- 1 8 ounce package whole button mushrooms
- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 1 1/4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
DIRECTIONS
In slow cooker, combine gravy, soup, milk and gravy mix.
Stir in mushrooms and rice. Salt and pepper chicken to taste; place in rice mixture.
Cook on HIGH 3-4 hours or LOW 6-8 hours or until rice is tender.
