
CRANBERRY ALMOND PORK CHOPS



INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups cranberry almond cereal
- 2 tablespoons organic butter melted
- 2 tablespoons organic Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon organic wildflower honey
- 1/4 teaspoon organic garlic powder
- 4 boneless center cut pork chops
DIRECTIONS
Place cereal in a food processor; process until finely crushed. Transfer to a shallow dish. In second shallow dish, whisk together, melted butter, mustard, honey and garlic powder.
Salt and pepper pork chops to taste, dip in mustard mixture and coat with crushed cereal. Place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 400°F oven 20-30 minutes (depending on thickness) or until internal temperature reaches 155°F on an instant read food thermometer.
