
PASTA MARGARITA



INGREDIENTS
- 1 12 ounce package organic spaghetti pasta
- 3 tablespoons organic extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1 14.5 ounce can organic diced tomatoes drained
- 1/4 cup chopped organic fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Set aside.
In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic; sauté 1-2 minutes.
Add cooked pasta, tomatoes and basil. Salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat; heat through.
Toss with Parmesan cheese. Serve.
