PASTA-O S WITH MINI MEATBALLS

in Tomato Sauce

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound ground meatloaf mixture - beef, pork
  • 1 cup Culinary Circle Grated Parmesan Cheese divided
  • 1/3 cup crispy Panko style plain bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 10.75 ounce can condensed tomato soup
  • 2 cups 2% milk
  • 1 7 ounce package pasta rings

DIRECTIONS

In large bowl, combine meatloaf mixture, ½ cup cheese, bread crumbs, garlic, Italian seasoning and egg; salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.

Form into ¾-inch meatballs; place on a greased large baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 450°F oven 10 minutes or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, in large saucepan over medium heat, combine soup, milk and 1 cup water; bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.

Add pasta rings; simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat; stir in meatballs and remaining ½ cup cheese.
