
PASTA ALLA CARRETTIERA



INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 16 ounce package pot ready thin spaghetti
- 1 bunch fresh parsley stems removed
- 2 cups packed fresh basil leaves
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3 cups seeded and chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Culinary Circle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan & Romano cheese
DIRECTIONS
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, in food processor or blender, combine parsley, basil, garlic and red pepper flakes. Pulse until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl.
Add tomatoes, olive oil and cheese to bowl; toss to combine. Salt and pepper to taste. Toss with cooked pasta.
