PASTA WITH ARUGULA & WHITE BEANS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 16 ounce package spaghetti pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 15 ounce can cannellini beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 24 ounce jar spicy Italian sausage pasta sauce
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Culinary Circle Shredded Parmesan Cheese

DIRECTIONS

Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add beans and garlic; sauté 1 minute.

Add in pasta sauce, arugula and cream. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until heated through (about 8-10 minutes).

Toss with pasta and Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
