TERIYAKI FLOUNDER

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup teriyaki marinade & sauce
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh gingerroot
  • 1 tablespoon minced green onion
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper optional
  • 1 pound flounder fillets

DIRECTIONS

In shallow dish, combine teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, onion, sesame seeds and ground red pepper (if desired). Add fish, turning to coat. Refrigerate, covered, 30 minutes or up to 2 hours; turning occasionally.

Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade. Place fish on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated 400°F oven until fish flakes easily with a folk (about 10 minutes per inch of thickness).
