NEW YORK STRIP STEAK

with Horseradish Mustard Sauce

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 premium angus New York strip steaks
  • 1 12 ounce bottle applewood honey mustard marinade & dipping sauce
  • 1 cup half & half
  • 1/4 cup refrigerated prepared horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

DIRECTIONS

Prepare grill to medium heat. Season steaks with pepper to taste. Place steaks on grill. Grill, turning once, 7-15 minutes (depending on thickness) or until desired doneness is reached (145°F for medium-rare; 160°F for medium). Remove from grill; season with salt to taste.

Meanwhile, in medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine honey mustard marinade, half & half and horseradish; salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Simmer 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in chives.

Serve steaks with Horseradish Mustard Sauce.
