
GRILLED TOP ROUND STEAKS



INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 1 pound top round steak
DIRECTIONS
In small bowl, combine oil, wine, Italian seasoning and garlic; salt and pepper to taste. Place steaks and marinade in a 1-gallon recloseable food storage bag; seal. Toss to coat.
Refrigerate a minimum of 6 hours or up to 24 hours, tossing occasionally.
Prepare grill to medium heat. Remove steaks from marinade; discard bag.
Place steaks on grill; grill, turning once, 8-19 minutes (depending on thickness) or until desired doneness is reached (145°F for medium-rare; 160°F for medium).
