
GRILLED TENDERLOIN
with Blue Cheese & Sun-Dried Tomato Butter



INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup butter softened
- 2 tablespoons Culinary Circle Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- 4 (6 ounce) premium angus beef tenderloin filets
DIRECTIONS
In small bowl, combine butter, blue cheese, tomatoes and thyme; salt and pepper to taste.
Prepare grill to medium heat. Season steaks with pepper to taste.
Place steaks on grill. Grill, turning once, 16-20 minutes or until desired doneness is reached (145°F for medium-rare; 160°F for medium).
Top with desired amount of butter about 1 minute before removing from grill. Season with salt to taste.
