
GRILLED RIBEYE STEAK
with Blue Cheese & Crab Topper



INGREDIENTS
- 4 premium angus ribeye steaks
- 4 ounces cream cheese cubed
- 2 ounces Culinary Circle Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 1/2 cup half & half
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- - dash cayenne pepper
- 1 6.5 ounce can jumbo lump crab meat drained
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
DIRECTIONS
Prepare grill to medium heat. Season steaks with pepper to taste. Place steaks on grill. Grill, turning once, 7-15 minutes (depending on thickness) or until desired doneness is reached (145°F for medium-rare; 160°F for medium). Remove from grill; season with salt to taste.
Meanwhile, in medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine cream cheese, blue cheese, half & half, garlic and cayenne pepper; salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently; gently stir in crab meat. Simmer 1 minute.
Remove from heat and stir in chives. Top steaks with crab.
