
GRILLED LEMON PEPPER STEAK



INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound top round steak
- 1/2 cup lemon pepper marinade
DIRECTIONS
Place steaks and marinade in a 1-gallon recloseable food storage bag; seal. Toss to coat.
Refrigerate a minimum of 6 hours or up to 24 hours, tossing occasionally.
Prepare grill to medium heat. Remove steaks from marinade; discard bag.
Place steaks on grill; grill, turning once, 8-19 minutes (depending on thickness) or until desired doneness is reached (145°F for medium-rare; 160°F for medium).
