
FRESH HERB RUBBED BEEF TENDERLOIN



INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme
- 1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- - pinch ground red pepper optional
- 1 pound premium angus beef tenderloin filets
DIRECTIONS
In small bowl, combine oil, thyme, rosemary, garlic, pepper, salt and ground red pepper. Rub over filets.
Prepare grill to medium heat. Place steaks on grill.
Grill, turning once, 16-20 minutes or until desired doneness is reached (145°F for medium-rare; 160°F for medium).
