
INDIVIDUAL MEATLOAVES



INGREDIENTS
- 2 pounds ground meatloaf mixture - beef, pork
- 3/4 cup toasted plain bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1 ounce envelope onion soup & dip mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
DIRECTIONS
In large bowl combine all ingredients; salt and pepper to taste. Mix until just combined.
Divide among 1 (12 count) greased muffin pan.
Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 25-30 minutes or until internal temperatures reaches 160°F.
