
BLUEBERRY DIP



INGREDIENTS
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon organic raw cane sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1/4 cup blueberry preserves
- - cinnamon sugar pita chips
DIRECTIONS
In large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, yogurt, sugar and lemon zest. Using an electric mixer on high speed, beat until smooth and creamy.
Heat preserves in microwave 10-15 seconds to soften (not melt). Gently fold into cheese mixture.
Transfer to a serving bowl; serve with pita chips.
