
PEANUT BUTTER S MORE BITES
with a Twist



INGREDIENTS
- 34-38 corn chip dippers
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- - parchment paper
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons pure vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
Spread ½ teaspoon peanut butter into each dipper. Place on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Top dippers with marshmallows. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 3-5 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown.
Place chocolate chips and oil in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave (HIGH) 30 seconds. Stir; continue microwaving in 30 second intervals until melted.
Dip dippers in melted chocolate, covering about half the dipper. Set back on parchment paper to cool.
