PEACH CRISP

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 16 ounce packages frozen sliced peaches thawed, drained well
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 8.6 ounce package soft & chewy oatmeal raisin cookies

DIRECTIONS

In large bowl, combine well drained peach slices, sugar, flour and cinnamon. Transfer to a greased 8x8-inch baking dish.

Place cookies in a food processor; process until just crumbled. Sprinkle over peaches.

Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 30-35 minutes or until bubbly. Remove from oven and allow to cool, juices will thicken upon standing.
