
LEMON MERINGUE PIE ICE CREAM



INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream softened
- 1/2 cup graham cracker pieces
- 1/2 cup marshmallow crème
- 3 tablespoons lemon curd
DIRECTIONS
In large bowl combine all ingredients.
Using spatula, gently fold together until well combined.
Cover and freeze until firm (about 1-2 hours).
