FRUITY FROZEN YOGURT

with Sugar Cookie Cups

Serves : 12 servings

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups vanilla frozen yogurt softened
  • 1 15 ounce can fruit cocktail in 100% juice drained
  • 1 16.5 ounce chub sugar cookie dough cut into 12 slices

DIRECTIONS

Combine frozen yogurt and ½ cup fruit; refreeze until firm (1-2 hours). Meanwhile, in 1 (12 count) greased muffin pan, press sugar cookie dough into each muffin well to create cups.

Bake according to cookie package directions; remove from oven. Press cookies down with back of spoon to flatten. Let cool completely in pan.

Divide frozen yogurt evenly among cooled cookie cups; top with remaining fruit.
