
FRESH FRUIT BRUSCHETTA



INGREDIENTS
- 1 fresh white peach chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1 fresh yellow nectarine chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 kiwi peeled, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 10 slices chunky cinnamon bread cut in half diagonally
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
DIRECTIONS
In medium bowl, combine peaches, nectarine, pineapple, raspberries, kiwi, mint and sugar; set aside.
Lightly brush both sides of bread with butter. Place on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven 5 minutes; turn and continue baking 5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven; cool.
Serve cinnamon toast points with fruit.
