DOUBLE COOKIE DOUGH ICE CREAM SANDWICHES

Serves : 20 sandwiches
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 16 ounce packages break 'n bake chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
  • 1 1.5 quart container cookie dough ice cream softened
  • - aluminum foil
DIRECTIONS

Prepare cookies according to package directions; cool completely.

Place chocolate chips in shallow dish. Place 1 scoop softened ice cream on bottom side of one cookie, top with second cookie gently pressing together. Roll ice cream center in chocolate chips.

Wrap sandwich with foil; place in freezer. Repeat with remaining sandwiches; freeze overnight.
