PLUOT CINNAMON COFFEE CAKE

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 12.4 ounce containers refrigerated cinnamon rolls dough with icing
  • 4 fresh pluots sliced

DIRECTIONS

Remove cinnamon rolls from containers; set aside icing. Cut rolls into quarters.

In a greased Bundt® pan, layer a third of the cinnamon rolls and half of the pluots. Continue with remaining rolls and pluots.

Bake in a preheated 400°F oven 30 minutes or until cinnamon rolls are done. Remove from oven and allow to sit 5 minutes. Remove cake from pan by tipping upside-down onto a serving platter.

Drizzle icing over cake. Cut into slices and serve.
