PEANUT BUTTER BANANA PIE

Active Time : 25 minutes
Total Time : 25 minutes
Serves : 9 servings

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups cocoa peanut butter spheres cereal crushed
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 3.4 ounce package instant vanilla pudding & pie filling
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 3 bananas sliced
  • 1 8 ounce container frozen original whipped topping thawed

DIRECTIONS

In medium mixing bowl, combine crushed cereal with peanut butter. Press into the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking pan; set aside.

In small saucepan, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over medium heat, stirring constantly, until melted and well combined. Pour over cereal and carefully spread evenly. Place in refrigerator and let cool completely.

In medium mixing bowl, combine pudding mix, whipping cream and milk. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat 1 minute. Allow pudding to stand about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, place half the banana slices over chocolate layer. Top with half the pudding, remaining banana slices and remaining pudding.

Carefully spread whipped topping over pudding. Chill for 1-2 hours. Garnish with additional cocoa peanut spheres, if desired.
