PEACHES N CREAM PIE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 frozen deep dish pie crust
  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 8 ounce package frozen original whipped topping thawed
  • 2 fresh yellow peaches sliced
  • 1 teaspoon fruit fresh
  • - fresh mint leaves for garnish

DIRECTIONS

Bake pie crust according to package directions; cool.

In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer until smooth. Add in whipped topping; continue mixing until well combined. Spread into pie shell.

Toss peaches with fruit fresh according to package directions. Place peaches on filling in desired pattern. Refrigerate until set. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
