HOT FUDGE PUDDING CAKE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 19.8 ounce package fudge brownie mix
  • 2 1/4 cups water divided
  • 1/2 cup pure vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 16 ounce container rich & creamy fudge frosting

DIRECTIONS

In large mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, ¼ cup water, oil and eggs; mix until just combined. Transfer to a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.

In small saucepan, bring remaining 2 cups water to a boil; add frosting. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring frequently, until smooth. Slowly pour frosting over brownie batter. DO NOT STIR.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 45 minutes or until edges are bubbly. Cool slightly before serving.
