BLUEBERRY ALMOND OATMEAL

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups organic vanilla soymilk
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup smooth or crunchy almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon organic ground Saigon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt optional
  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 cup organic frozen wild blueberries

DIRECTIONS

In medium saucepan over medium-high heat, bring soymilk, water, almond butter, cinnamon and salt to a boil. Stir in oats.

Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until desired consistency, stirring frequently (about 25-30 minutes).

Fold in blueberries; remove from heat and let stand 2 minutes. Serve.
