
PIGS IN A BLANKET



INGREDIENTS
- 1 12 ounce package maple breakfast sausage links
- 2 cups complete buttermilk pancake & waffle mix
- 1/4 cup original syrup
DIRECTIONS
Prepare sausage according to package directions; keep warm.
Prepare pancakes according to package directions, stirring syrup into batter. Cook according to package directions.
As pancakes are done, place sausage on pancake; roll up. Keep warm. Serve with additional warmed syrup for dunking, if desired.
