INGREDIENTS
  • - cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup diced onion and/or bell peppers
  • 1/3 cup fully cooked turkey sausage crumbles thawed
  • 1/2 cup Amazing Egg® substitute
  • 1/4 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS

Spray a large microwave-safe mug with cooking spray. Add onions and/or peppers. Microwave (HIGH) 1-2 minutes or until softened.

Add sausage crumbles; microwave (HIGH) 30 seconds. Add egg substitute and cheese; stir to combine. Microwave (HIGH) 1 minute. Stir; continue microwaving 30 seconds or until set.
