
DUTCH STYLE PANCAKE
with Fresh Berries



INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup complete buttermilk pancake & waffle mix
- 1 cup milk
- 4 large eggs beaten
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- - pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- - powdered sugar
- - fresh mixed berries
- - aerosol original dairy whipped topping
DIRECTIONS
Place a 10-inch cast iron skillet or pie plate in a 475°F oven. In large mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, eggs, nutmeg and salt; mix until just combined.
Remove skillet from oven; reduce oven to 425°F. Add butter to skillet; swirl to coat skillet. Pour pancake batter into skillet.
Bake until puffed and lightly browned (about 12-15 minutes). Remove from oven; sprinkle with powdered sugar. Top with berries and whipped cream.
