OATMEAL MOLASSES BREAD

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup warm water [80°F]
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fast rising instant dry yeast

DIRECTIONS

In food processor or blender, process oats until finely chopped.

Add ingredients to bread machine according to manufacturer’s directions, adding the oats with the flour.

Select basic white bread cycle.
