
GUACAMOLE



INGREDIENTS
- 4 ripe avocados pitted, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup blended plain lowfat yogurt
- 1/2 cup organic medium thick and chunky salsa
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground natural sea salt
- - yellow corn tortilla chips
DIRECTIONS
In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except chips.
Using a potato masher, mash to desired consistency.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
