MARINATED CHICKEN WINGS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade & sauce
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1/4 cup pure vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh gingerroot
  • 3 pounds chicken wings

DIRECTIONS

In medium bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, ketchup, oil, garlic and ginger.

Place chicken wings and marinade into a 1-gallon recloseable food storage bag; seal bag. Toss to coat. Place bag in a shallow dish and refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

Line large baking sheet with foil; spray foil with cooking spray. Remove chicken wings from marinade; discard marinade. Place in a single layer on baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated 425°F oven 35 minutes or until cooked through, turning once.
