GRILLED VEGETABLES & ASIAGO CRACKERS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup sliced zucchini
  • 1 cup sliced yellow summer squash
  • 1/2 cup sliced yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup herb & garlic marinade
  • 8 ounces Culinary Circle Asiago Cheese sliced
  • 32 Culinary Circle Vegetable Entertainment Crackers

DIRECTIONS

Combine vegetables and marinade in a bowl. Toss to coat; set aside to marinate.

Prepare grill to medium heat. Place grill basket on grill. When hot, place vegetables in basket. Cook to desired doneness, tossing occasionally.

Remove vegetables from grill and arrange on a platter with Asiago cheese and crackers.
