LEMON BLACKBERRY SAUCE

Serves : 5 (1/4 cup) servings

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 10 ounce package organic frozen blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons organic wildflower honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped organic fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

DIRECTIONS

In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients.

Cook over medium heat until berries are cooked and sauce is thickened (about 5-7 minutes), stirring frequently.

Serve over angel food cake, pound cake or ice cream.
