
PARMESAN & PANCETTA PEAS



INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 pound Culinary Circle Sliced Pancetta diced
- 1/3 cup sliced shallots
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 16 ounce package organic frozen green peas thawed
- 1/4 cup Culinary Circle Shredded Parmesan Cheese
DIRECTIONS
In large skillet, over medium-high heat, saut? pancetta until almost crisp.
Add shallots and red pepper flakes. Continue saut?ing until shallots are caramelized and pancetta is crisp.
Stir in peas and continue cooking until just heated through. Remove from heat and toss with Parmesan cheese.
