
PASTA WITH BEANS & SAUSAGE



INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups penne rigate
- 1 14 ounce package Polska kielbasa ring sliced
- 1 15 ounce can butter beans rinsed and drained
- 1 14.5 ounce can sliced stewed tomatoes with oregano, garlic & basil undrained
- 1/2 15 ounce jar creamy Alfredo pasta sauce
- 1 8 ounce jar traditional basil pesto sauce & spread
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
In large bowl, combine cooked pasta, sausage, beans, tomatoes, Alfredo sauce and pesto. Transfer to a greased 2-quart baking dish.
Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 20 minutes. Top with cheese; continue baking 5 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
