
CAJUN CHICKEN & SAUSAGE PASTA



INGREDIENTS
- 1 4.9 ounce package creamy garlic pasta side dish
- 1 tablespoon pure vegetable oil
- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breasts thinly sliced
- 1 link smoked Andouille sausage sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
DIRECTIONS
Prepare pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in medium skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add remaining ingredients; sauté until chicken is no longer pink in center.
Stir mixture into prepared pasta; let stand 2-3 minutes to thicken.
