GRILLED SALMON


Active Time : 20 minutes
Total Time : 20 minutes + marinating
Serves : 4 servings

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup Carolina style mustard barbeque sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon (optional)
  • 1 pound salmon fillets

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a 1 gallon recloseable food storage bag; seal. Gently toss to coat salmon. Refrigerate 30 minutes–2 hours.

Prepare grill to medium heat. Remove salmon from marinade; discard marinade.

Place salmon on grill; grill, turning once, 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
